Over 10 Years
Thompson Builders are more than just a general contractor; we are true builders because we self-perform several foundational trades: rough & finish carpentry, concrete and civil work such as grading, paving and utilities. By being able to pass on the resulting cost savings, we give you a huge competitive edge from working with us.
Safety is Our Primary Goal
Thompson Builders strives to carry a consistently strong safety record, year after year. A safe workplace is non-negotiable, and we aim to achieve zero safety incidents, from the office to the field. Our employees participate in mandatory safety training classes, and they are strongly encouraged to recognize and remove any potential safety hazards on jobsites to ensure we meet the highest standards of safety in the workplace.
Design + Construction = Quality
Our team works directly with architects and engineers to bring a broad range of expertise to the project, ensuring that we deliver a design that aligns the end product with the overall vision of the project owner. As an experienced group of professionals, our design team works collaboratively to proactively mitigate potential delays and/or cost overruns, juggling these tasks with many others while maintaining the quality of work our company is known for.
We are proud to self-perform the major foundational trades on our projects. The Thompson construction team applies hundreds of years of collective experience to bring the project design to life. Our team is focused on delivering quality workmanship that meets or exceeds building code – safely, on time, and within budget.
Working in collaboration with project owners, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, the Thompson Builders team leverages the diverse skills of our collective team to design, plan, build and deliver large-scale commercial and civil works projects at the highest possible level of quality. Serving Northern California for more than three decades, Thompson Builders has been entrusted with over 200 large-scale commercial projects, a contract value of over $2 billion.
